hej dav, i tried with 50mM Mgcl2 with some positive controls, i didn't get clear bands...the smear observed is due to unspecific binding:/ but now am changing the reverse primer (i mean a new stock), in 2 hrs my pcr will b ready n i ll check the samples on the gel... wat happened??... It s gud to b happy... I ll always remember the incident wehad with the refrigerator in the kitchen before HSC exams... u remember we were sitting dejectedly eating in the kitchen...then i happened to look at the refrigerator... it was so funny coz evrything was so like 'usual'...'pena role'...then i started laughing...then u ve asked 'Kiettez? kine arrivez?'...by that time my eyes were watery...i told u to take a look at the refrigerator... u ve looked at it with the facial expression 'pena role' (u know the kind of face dad usually have when he looks at people=)...then we ve laughed our lungs out looking at the refrigerator... hmm...all this to say that 'Being extremely happy' or laughing for nothing n for evrything is a natural mechanism to beat unconscious stress coz laughing releases endorphin which is a 'feel-good' hormone n it helps in peak performance!...So go ahead laugh ur lungs out n laugh n laugh.. n the law of attraction will bring more laughter to u...
